The event will be a "Winter Barbecue" to raise funds for the 2012 Catholic Men's Conference
"The most important need in the church today is being addressed by the devoted men who give of their time, talent and treasure to bring men closer to Jesus Christ. Men's Ministry is a effort of the new evangelization to once again cast out into the deep, into men's hearts, to call them to put away the toys of the world, belong more deeply to the Lord Jesus and become Fishers of Men.
On January 26th, the LICMM will be hosting a fundraiser to aid us in our continued efforts to bring the Gospel message of hope and renewal to the Men of the Diocese of Rockville Center.
We will be having a winter barbecue, live music and special guest speakers. There will be a silent auction, a chinese raffle and a chance to buy Conference tickets as well.
